Work Smarter-uncommon strategies for getting more stuff done (without working harder)

Working harder and longer is the old way.

Real success is about Working Smarter.

Maybe this is what you are looking for:

An improvement you repeat can lead to huge results long-term.

In Work Smarter, I am sharing 17 of the best strategies that I have learned for being effective at getting stuff done. And some of these are somewhat counter-intuitive (like taking breaks to get more done)—but they work.

“It ignited a fire underneath me – totally pumped me up!” Keith Preston, Crown Packaging

Maybe this is a little like you: you start your day with great intentions, maybe even a prioritized list of what you want to get done. But, within a few minutes of sitting down in front of your computer you know you are in trouble. Endless emails, interruptions and distractions pull you away from what makes you money and gets the important work done.

Every year I work with hundreds of entrepreneurs, dozens of companies and many executives and I seen one lesson repeat itself over and over again.

You can’t expect different results if you keep tackling your problems with the methods that didn’t work in the past.

Success always comes from a clear picture of what you want, the discipline of goals to move you forward and exceptional habits to ensure you get there. And this is where most people fall down—they have habits that don’t serve them.

Work Smarter can change this. If you have a sense that your habits around planning, exercise, procrastination and handling distractions need a brush up, then I can help.

OK, we’ve all been there—busy. But it doesn’t work to be busy. Our goal needs to be effectiveness and I’ll show you how to make that happen.

In this 30 page, straight-talk book I will show you the 17 strategies that my clients use to get more stuff done without working harder.

The 30-page Work Smarter e-book will give you the 17 proven ways to immediately have more energy, better focus and brilliant results. Plus you get my bonus audio recording so you can learn while you drive or take a walk.

Now here’s the best part – I will guarantee you get great results.

If you try these strategies for at least one week and do not experience

better results in your work just send us an email at info@hughculver.com.

No questions asked – we will happily give you a full refund.

If you are anything like me, you have more great ideas, projects, and good-old-fashioned work then you have time for. And one month from now my guess is that it will be the same story. Different month, but the same patterns will be there.

But, what if you could change just one habit so that you are working smarter than you are now? Is it possible that this one change could translate into huge results? Maybe it’s your To-Do list that gets shorter, your stress level is reduced, your physical fitness improves, or your relationships get better. An improvement you repeat can lead to huge results long-term.

    Thanks Shelley

I agree, it is a little like ADD. In fact Dr. Ed Hallowell (author of books like Crazy Busy) does claim to see many people that exhibit signs of ADD in their adult years as a result of their frenetic lifestyle.

The good news is that the anecdote is simple: stop doing once in a while throughout the day and get back to reflective thinking and single-tasking!

Hugh, I love the analogy that a pilot doesn’t get the plane in the air and then plan his flight! It is simply amazing how many Okanagan business people and owners seem to get their day going and then plan their day/ week. Thanks for the reminder to stop getting off track by bright and shiny objects- who knew that we all have a bit of ADD… I will stay true to my business objectives and plan my boulders accordingly.
