The 2012 Team Coaching Program is a huge commitment. Not because of a financial commitment—frankly the total dollars you will need to commit could be returned to you in 2-3 days of work at the rates that you deserve. The real commitment, of course, is your time and effort. Like they say on the cans: “no deposit; no return.”

And I want to be clear about this: this is a huge commitment for me. After 18 years in this crazy business I feel like it is time to share what I have learned (and a few of the incredibly dumb things I want you to avoid.) At the same time I realize that I am making the kind of commitment to you that I wish I could make to every client I work with: I am committed to your success. If fact, I am promising you that this program and the team of like-minded, committed entrepreneurs that I am bringing together will be the difference between a frustrating, exhausting year that didn’t quite bring you the bookings or money you need (and deserve) and one that is simply brilliant.

The expert industry (speakers, trainers, coaches and consultants) is one of the most lucrative and rewarding industries that I know of. Where else can you earn $3,000, $5,000 or $10,000 in an hour? Where else can you be paid your full fee for speaking and then earn another $1,000 in 15 minutes at the back of the room (which I did 6 times last year)? Where else can you literally block off your calendar for family, friends and fun time and still earn more money than 90% of our population (last year I was on 4 adventures and virtually shut down my business for 3 months for writing and family time.) Where else can you come up with an idea for a new program or product and with a little effort create a whole new revenue stream (my first book netted me over $10,000 in the first 9 months.)

Note that while it is ideal for you to attend all four of the team sessions, it is not essential in order to grow your business and achieve all of your goals. I strongly suggest that you still commit even if you will have to miss one or two of the team sessions. If you are not able to attend any of the team sessions you can make arrangements with me and the team to get feedback and support to continue your progress.
